Provence, France- Carefully aged before release, it has a great effervescence, resulting in a beautiful, deep red with aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant. There is a roundness and a toasty richness. Great on its own as an aperetif, or paired with any dish, or in a sparkling cocktail.
