In 2020, we made two Cabernet Sauvignon wines, because thats how much we love Cabernet! This wine was sourced from Washington grapes and made right here in Hudson like all our wines. I have been making Washington Cabernet for years even before turning pro, its one of my favorites. It is a nice contrast to see how the same grape grown in different viticultural areas make different wines- to show the nuances between, for example, Napa Valley Cabernet.
