Our Single Estates, nestled in the heart of Jalisco's mountains, are where La Adelita is harvested and distilled. Carefully distilled in small Cuban copper pot stills that were transported onto the Estate in the early 1920s, in individual batches.

Tart, juicy, and sweet lime-juiced agave smells lead to a zing of spiced vanilla bean on the tongue, with a warming impact that melts into a chocolate coating. The spirit concludes with a wet-stone feeling and a pleasant aftertaste.
