Put this one down as the style we fell in love with. It’s the kind of rosé that grabbed us as a drinking culture when wines from Provence first hit our palates. There are wafts of peach with white flowers on the nose. It’s refreshing and light on the palate with a slight amount of creaminess and a calm, well-balanced natural acidity. All leading to a dry and crisp finish. And to top it all off, there is just enough body to hold everything together. Classic. Break out the aioli and shellfish.
