Flavored with Peanut Butter and unlike most Irish creams, the alcohol is made from a base of wine grapes rathen than grain whiskey. In this case, it is an eau-de-vie (or un-aged brandy, if you like) and they feel this gives their liqueurs a softer, smoother taste.
